Saint Side maintains ownership of products until full payment has been obtained.

Prior to receiving a tracking number, it is possible to cancel your order if it has not been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products at your own cost in order to process a return. The freight portion/s of a purchase will not be refunded. After committing to an order, but before sending, it is perfectly fine to add or change your order. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, adding or removing an item/s. All packages are sent via AusPost or Courier from our workshop in St.Albans. Your order will be sent within 48 hours after it has been placed and paid for in full.

All orders are sent with tracking, signature and insurance.

Additional requests for service outside of these mail guidelines such as express post service, specialised courier service or personalised delivery from our Saint Side van service within Victoria, please contact us directly.

The normal delivery time from when the package has left our warehouse is:

    • 3-4 working days within Victoria
    • 4-7 working days Australia Wide
    • 7-14 working days for international destinations

    If nobody is at the address when delivery is made, each delivery service has different protocol and Saint Side is not liable for any loss or damage during this process. There may be instance of a secure drop by Australia Post where a safe area is used to complete delivery. If you do not wish this to happen, please contact your local Post Office and instruct them to not safe drop your premises for packages/mail. Site safety is responsibility of the site owner, not Saint Side. In instances if no safe site is located, a card is left in the mailbox and mail service leaves with the package. Please check tracking details regularly if you must. Another attempt to deliver will be made in following days. Usually a total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the delivery note in your mailbox, contact the sending service to arrange redelivery, pick it up from the local office or courier depot, or arrange a time or tell them the package can be left in a designated safe location.

    You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address.

    The freight charge depends on your basket product count, or weight/size of your item.

    How much is the freight charge?

    We ship Australia wide and all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount. Freight charges are reflected below according to item and package size.

    Australia Freight Charges

    Up to 500g or small item: $10

    Up to 3kg or medium item: $15

    Up to 5kg or large item: $20

    5kg-20kg or xlarge item: $50

    International Shipping and International Freight charges

    We ship all 2500+ of our products worldwide.  Please note that each Country, State and Territory may have it's own international/local taxes to attribute to the final delivery of your item. We do not collect any international sales tax on item sales, so this may be additional to your sale once the item has passed your local Customs and Border Patrol and before final delivery to you. Please check your local tax laws on international online purchases for services and amounts.  Live shipping rates on the website uses a number of shipping partners, however the cheapest/fastest options will be presented to you at checkout.     Returns policy

    We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service line 0449 675 001. If you send us mail/email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only. We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect fit. We will only refund for a faulty product as per Australian Consumer Law.

    When we receive the product, we will provide store credit in the value of the purchased the product, not including freight to or from. Also, exchange is for value of the purchased product at time of sale only.
    All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged, neither can the product.  We will not be possible to process a return otherwise.

    For returns outside of a broken or faulty product, you must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

    How to return a product

    Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your return. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a problem and would like to pursue an exchange or store credit.

    It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange or store credit within 72 hours. Note: Store credit is valid for 1 year from the return date.

    7 Day Return On Items

    Saint Side offers a 7 day return window on clothing items and accessories for store credit only. Please have your purchase record in full, receipt, shipping information, and the item must be unused and in new condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to begin process, this return window is to arrange another size or similar product only. We do not cover return shipping back and forth unless a fulfilment error was made by us with your order, or your order item is faulty and not working as it should be.

    We do not offer returns for accidental or incorrect purchase, change of mind, or unwanted Birthday/Christmas gifts or your family member using your credit card/paypal without your knowledge.

    We do not offer returns on open, used or worn items.

    We do not offer returns on any Medicom or Kuumba products, discounted, sale, mystery pack, samples/seconds items, or rare/vintage items.

    All Medicom or Kuumba products, discounted, sale, mystery pack, samples/seconds or rare/vintage items are final sale. 

    We do not provide refunds unless your item is faulty, not working as it should be, and we are unable to provide a same or similar functioning item as per Australian Consumer Law.
