The Proust effect was triggered with the next scent ‘Vanilla Roses’.

Tokyo, December 2018.

The memory of our annual visit to Kuumba headquarters, Dave09 and I testing samples of scents specifically as a gift to Tez (mum).

Countless samples later, we reached one with the soothing warmth of vanilla and mouth watering sweet rose water notes. Since then Vanilla Roses has been a store favourite and one of my personal recommendations. 

Vanilla Roses definitely falls on the edible gourmand scent spectrum, a soothing yet playful scent and delicious as it sounds.

Turkish delight could be another fitting name for this olfactory dessert.
