Simply complete this contact form and we get you in to participate in Tour De Saint Side 2026.

Bike entry into the show and participation is totally free, bring as many bikes as you like!

This form acknowledges your entry to participate in all as activities on the day.

To ride around the complex, we highly recommend bringing a helmet to adhere to local Victorian law, and for participating in the Tour De Saint Side Time Trial,.

To assure a streamlined checkin on the day, simply complete this contact form by "add to cart", fill in all the details, record your confirmation number to have handy on the day, and we can assist upon your arrival on the day of the show.

4pm - Arrive and bike prep
5pm - Kick stands up, bicycle racer's prepare 
6-7pm - Refreshments and munchies afterwards. FREE PIZZA if you buy a new Saint Side tee on the night.

By entering, you acknowledge the following waiver for bicycle activities.

Agreement is between you, "the participant", and Saint Side the "activity provider" 

In consideration of the agreement contained in this AGREEMENT and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, agree as follows

1.      “The Participant” is equipped in skill to partake in a bicycle riding activity, the Participant releases and forever discharges the “Activity Provider”, and all related to Activity provider, from all manner of outcoming caused by actions in activity, for any reason; any injury to person or property, loss, damage, including injury resulting death, which may be sustained as consequence of participation of the activity. If the participant is under 18 years of age, their legal guardian will act in place of.

2.      The Participant understands they are not permitted to participate in activity unless signed to this Agreement

3.      Details of Activity – Bicycle riding activity around the vicinity of the Saint Side store, helmet must be worn, and all bicycle laws adhered to, on Feb 7th, 2026.

4.      The Participant acknowledges that they do not have any limitations, medical history that may affect health, physical or mental disabilities present or here in, that would be affected by participation now or in future.

5.      The Participant acknowledges they are to participate in this activity at their own risk, be responsible in their actions, and act in a safe manner at all times during the activity. The participant has carefully read this Agreement, that they fully understand the Participant is acting freely and voluntarily. The Participant understands by signing this Agreement they forever are prevented from suing or claiming against the Activity Provider or any affiliates who have attempted to provide the best duty of care, against any loss, property damage, injury or death that may occur while participating in the above noted activity, and that the Activity Provider has acted in the highest of responsibility to provide a safe and monitored activity.

6.      The Participant understands they are free to seek independent legal advice prior to signing this Agreement.

7.      This agreement is construed in accordance with and governed by the Laws in the State of Victoria. If you would like to leave an Emergency Contact prior to event please make this known to Saint Side prior to Feb 6th 2026.  Thank you and ride safely, enjoy the day!
